My approach draws on a Master's Degree in Philosophy at Free University Berlin, an ongoing Transformational Leadership Coaching Training with TPC Germany and years of practice managing complex projects across culture, film, and business.
I think conceptually – which means I don't just address individual problems in isolation, but situate them within the interconnectedness to larger social and structural contexts that shape them.
I use methods of systemic and transpersonal (trans = beyond, personal = ego) coaching.
Coaching with me is not therapy. It is an open-ended enquiry into where you are, how you got there, and what you might want otherwise. I coach because I want to help people pursue what they actually want, not what others expect of them. This makes me your non-confirmative coach.

A no-obligation call to explore what you are looking for and whether working together makes sense. We use this time to define scope and format. Afterwards you can choose to sign a coaching agreement.

Individual Sessions
Sessions are tailored to you — online or in person in Brussels. Up to six hours total, taken in one sitting or distributed across multiple meetings. Topics range from personal orientation and life transitions to questions touching on work, identity, and meaning.
1 hour per session
Ongoing Work
Where needed, we continue beyond the initial sessions. Duration and frequency are agreed together.

FEES
I am currently in professional coach training and offer reduced rates. Sessions are charged as a flat fee per topic – 80 - 100 € for 1 to 6 hours, taken in one sitting or across multiple meetings. Exact scope and format are agreed in the free initial conversation.
